Masquerade Ball

An original idea

So after days of remaking and tweaking, I'm finally finished! Before I go on, I'd like to give credit to some of my inspiration for this igloo: my friend netskys ball igloo, my fancy Italian restaurant, my Mansion igloo, my friend alex's golden statue with the water fountain idea and this picture. Also, my friend remington helped a lot with dealing with the item limit to complete the dance floor.

Like always, feel free to use any of my original ideas displayed in this igloo as long as you give credit! Please rate ?/10 in the comments below. Have an epic day! ;)

"Out of this World" Igloo of the Future

Summers almost here! Whooo

Hey guys! Today I bring to you; straight from a future galaxy far far away; the igloo of the future! It features a force field entry hall with holographic palm trees, a living room (anyone else confused by the "future" antenna TV's...?), an office space with a hologram computer, a kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom!

Here's how to make inventions like mine with igloo tricks!:

  • Meal-Maker 3000
-You will need:
* 1 stainless steel stove & fridge
* 1 coffee maker
* 1 slushy maker
* 1 control terminal
* 1 coins for change tube
* 1 EPF table
  1. put slushy maker behind control terminal, coffee maker in front, being sure not to cover handle.
  2. put stove and fridge on either side of control terminal, turn the fridge inwards.
  3. put CFC tube on top of machine, connecting stove and fridge.
  4. put EPF table as flooring, and voila, the food will appear in the circle when you use your new Meal-Maker!
  • Wardrobe Enrober 9000
- You will need:
* 1 mannequin
* 1 force field
* 1 control terminal
* 1 containment cell
  1. put force field above control terminal, placing mannequin inside with outfit of choice.
  2. put containment cell next to control terminal.
  3. To use machine, pick outfit from control terminal, this will appear on the penguin "hologram" above. Turn on lever and step into the containment cell. Poof! The outfit just materializes onto you!

Make Your Own Treehouse!

(I made this a few months before the tree house igloo was in the catalog...)

If you're too lazy to get coins for a new igloo or you just want to have your own unique tree house, this is how you can! All you need is: the fairy tree igloo, somthing wooden (logs or the tree-trunk chairs) for walls, and lots of the wooden benches for flooring. And from there, you can costumize it any way or style you want! It can be anything from home sweet home to a cool hang out for you and your buddies. Oh, here's an idea that just popped into my head: Robin Hood's hideout! Here's mine as an example (click for larger view).
As you can see, I decided to go with a jungle theme.
And now its time for... Igloo tricks!
  • Things you will need for Hammock:
* 2 coconut trees
* 1 snow clump or something for a pillow
* 3 moss walls
  1. connect the moss walls, the two on the outside angled back
  2. cover the edge of the outside of moss walls with coconut trees turned in
  3. put "pillow" over one of the wooden sticks on the moss walls
  • Things you will need for Tree trunk fireplace:
* 1 bon fire
* 1 fairy trunk
* 1 small rock
  1. put bon fire inside the hole of the tree trunk
  2. cover hole behind fire with small rock

I know it's been a while...

So sorry I've been gone guys. My parents wanted me to take a break so I could focus on improving my grades. I hope to make up my abrupt leaving to you by posting some igloos I never got the chance to. In other words, I'm back! :D

Christmas Toy Shop

Everyone's favorite feature in this igloo seemed to be the train tracks. I have to say that I agree! It was really fun to walk under the "bridge" to get to the cash registers! I kind of based my toy shop off of a previous igloo of mine, Toys R Us. I reused the rocking horses and trains with the easel background.  See ya soon and to my American friends, happy Memorial Day weekend!

Double Christmas Igloo Specail Part 1!:

Christmas Nativity Scene/Play

My first igloo for today is kind of religious--- it's a play about the first Christmas. There's a sweet manger scene with a treasure chest of gold, a crib with a halo and a spotlight from the tree. There's even the north star right over the manger. I set up three stages around the play with instruments for live music. To separate the play from the audience, I placed a white fence around it. In the house there are Christmas trees for decoration, giant speakers to hear the play, a red carpet leading up to the manger and many benches for the audience to sit and enjoy the entertainment!

Igloo trix you can use for other igloos too!:
  • I used the crystal ball from the Halloween catalogue as a halo for the baby.
  • The light shining through the right tall tree serves as a spotlight onto the crib.
  • Covered the mountains with clouds.
  • Used the graveyard dirt from the Halloween catalogue as a floor for the manger but hid the gravestones behind the walls.
  • How to make the crib:
* You will need:
2 rare benches
8 wooden crates
2 hay bales (the shorter kind)
1 Crystal ball

step 1: spin two rare benches backwards, one behind the other.
step 2: place two wooden crates between each side of the benches.
step 3: place four wooden crates along the bottom of the bottom bench.
step 4: place two hay bales inside the crib, each angled outwards.
step 5: put the crystal ball in between the two hay bales, covering the base.

Click for a larger view ^^^  and feel free to use any of my ideas in this igloo as long as you give credit! I'll be posting my other Holiday igloo later today so keep checking in. Have a Merry Christmas!

Winter Cathedral

This is my first ever winter themed igloo for my blog! Yes, I know it's not technically a "cathedral" and more like a castle but the name just sounds cool XD. There's a dining hall with a harp on a icy stage for entertainment, an icicle throne room, random frozen ponds with penguin ice sculptures, flowers and fountains on top to add a little color and two tower rooms: one with a mini library and the other has a couple horse sculptures. I used lots of chandeliers and icicles to add an interesting effect to the walls and if you look closely you can see that I hid purple and blue paper lanterns behind some of the furniture. I also covered the windows that go with the igloo in the towers with the Halloween purple spider windows. Feel free to use any of my ideas displayed in this igloo, tell me what you think in the comments and click for a larger view!

I'll have to find  a new way to make videos over Christmas break since Google plus changed everything :/. Hope ya'll have an epic day and stay warm this winter!

I'm Back!

Hey guys! I know I have been gone for a REALLY long time. Like three months I think... Sorry but the first semester of school is allways busy for me, so I had to take a break for a while (Don't worry, I'm not planning on disappearing again anytime soon). Anywho, this is the inside of my mansion igloo! It's got a lovely little kitchen area, a nice living room---pretty cool stairs if I don't say so myself--- an office, a bedroom and a bathroom! Feel free to use any of my original ideas displayed here & please give credit if you do. Have an epic day and an awesome break to all my American friends! Hope you all are having fun at the Operation Puffle party :D.

Coming next (and very soon) I'll upload a new video to youtube and share my new Thanksgiving igloo!

Mansion

(outside)

I got this idea from my friend HarryBenson1's aka Myclubpenguintales awesome series called "Buy Our House" in which an igloo for sale is showcased, one igloo for the outside, one for the inside. See his channel here. Today I will be showing you the outside of my mansion. There's a nice path leading to the house, garden, patio and poolside. The mansion I made is somewhat of  a mixture of how Harry makes his houses for the show and the classic idea of using the Christmas walls.

Feel free to use any of my original ideas displayed in this igloo as long as you give me credit.
It is for sale, after all ;). Stay tuned for next time when I'll be showing you the inside! In other news, I am going to be posting an igloo once a week on http://legopuffle.blogspot.com/ starting very soon!

My Best Igloo During TIC is...

...(Drumroll please!)...my bakery! I feel like I learned so much about igloo making from what the judges said throughout the season that my (almost) last igloo was by far the best. The thing I learned from the judges was that that there are two main keys to making a perfect igloo: creativity and neatness! One without the other and the igloo is "missing" something. Over the season I tried to work on my biggest weakness: being too sloppy, but now I think I've gotten a bit better at designing igloos nice and neat and will keep that in mind from now on. Hopefully you learned something about igloos from my discovery as well!
In other news, today is the last day for entering the Igloo Request raffle! Just read about it in the post below to see what you could win! Also, I'm planning on doing an igloo contest with the next couple of weeks on YouTube so stay tuned for more info on that as well!

Vampire Kingdom

It's great to be back! I've been so busy for the past few weeks and the only thing I had time for on CP was TIC but now I've returned! Though I'm excited for the finale, I'm still sad that TIC is coming to an end. It has been such a great experience making friends and designing igloos while learning how to be a better igloo maker. Speaking of igloos, here's my Vampire Kingdom! There's a dark castle, a town and a vampire café. I kind of based the town and use of sea streamers off of an igloo somebody made a while back called "Vampire Hangout" or something like that but I forgot who had designed it. Sense the whole igloo is rather goth-ish I sometimes just call it Emo World haha.

In other news, I am starting a monthly Igloo Raffle on twitter from the 20th-25th. Just reply my latest tweet about the igloo raffle and tell me an igloo that you'd like me to make with your penguins name. The raffle winner will recieve credit for the idea, have their igloo featured on my blog for a month and I can advertise your channel or website! The winners igloo will also be shared on my twitter and channel! If you don't have a twitter, you can just post your penguins name and igloo request on my channels discussion page.

Candyland and TIC

Here's my Candyland igloo for the FOI! It has a cream soda waterfall and river, a gingerbread house, a giant ice-cream sundae and an ice-cream castle! I was going to use the puzzle flooring to make paths and cover the rest of the floor in green candy, but it wouldn't work because of the item limit :(. Oh well, maybe you guys can make one with that.
In other news, tomorrow is the first episode (part one of tryouts) of The Igloo Challenge (TIC) season 3 which I will be participating in. Subscribe to Blackmist's channel to see the latest episodes. Watch to see who makes the cut!

PNK Fraternity

I decided to make my own PNK house since the real one is just a giant dining room lol. Mine too has a dining area inspired by the real PNK, but comes with a den and actual beds to sleep in (not just some giant pink chair you have to share with total strangers XD). I was going to make all of the MU sororities this week, but I can't since I'm going to camp. Sorry, but I won't be posting here or making videos for another 6-7 days.

Go PNK!

6/29/2013

Spa

I made this spa for an igloo off with my friends Oreo857, Remington327 and Babymariods. You can vote for your favorite spa here. The voting will end July 8 when I get back from camp and please only vote on YouTube! My spa has a check-in and waiting room, a tanning area with a hot tub, a mud bath, a room for mannies and peddies, a massage room and a minnie salon.

Tomorrow will probably be my last day posting for about a week sense I'm going to camp and I might make another video too. Sad to miss the MU party, but I know camp will be fun!

Kingdom

Hey guys! I FINALLY have decided to make a kingdom for ya'll. :) Originally it was for an igloo off with my friend Oreo, but when more people joined we changed the theme to spa. I'm not quite sure when you can vote for our igloos, but i'll let you know.
Okay now, back to the kingdom. It has a castle with a grand throne room for the royal family, a dining room, a kitchen/servant area and a library. Outside the castle is a bridge to the market which has a food stand (yum yums :D) and a blacksmith's workshop. And beyond the gates of the market is the forest where all of the outlaws can hide out (and maybe even dragons...). Please give feedback on what you think so I can improve and rate it ?/10!
Thanks Netsky, Sumukai, Oreo and Mario for coming for the picture :D! Click  the picture to make it larger with better quality.

The Louvre

I remade the Louvre for Harry Benson's (My Club Penguin Tale's) igloo contest. If you don't already know, the Louvre is the most famous art museum in the world. It's in Paris, France (the main reason I made it is because I want to go to France) and is known for its glass pyramid on the outside. It took forever to make; the first time it was awful, then when I remade my igloo I kept reaching the item limit too soon. I was kinda frustrated, but thankfully my friends Mcduck, Remington327 and Willhopper gave me some good tips to improve :). And after a little bit of tweaking, voila! I think I've ended up with a pretty decent igloo knock off.

Hope I'm one of the winners and good luck to all the other contestants!

College for Mcduck's contest!

Wow, I haven't made a college in forever! This igloo is for Mcduck's igloo contest, so please don't copy if you want to enter it in the contest. My college has a cafeteria, classroom, gym and two seroritys (one for girls and one for boys). And as you can see, I reused my bunkbeds from my slumber party igloo.

 In other news, I am currently making an igloo for Myclubpenguintale's igloo contest and will be entering my Party Bus in Sundaze's contest. (fingers crossed!)

Party Bus!

I based this igloo off of the limo from the Hollywood Party. Everyone seemed to really love the idea! You could jam out on the dancefloor, swim, drink some refreshments or just hang out! Mcduck even came by and told me about his igloo contest and asked if i'd like to compete! (fingers crossed!) Please give feedback on this or any of my other igloos so I can improve :). Feel free to use the idea but please give credit if you do!

Have an epic day!
